Returns & Refunds
You may return your item(s) for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.
  • The item(s) are in a resalable condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if these criteria are not met.

What We Need
When returning your item(s), please provide:

  • Your Order Number (found in your “Order Confirmation” email).
  • Your Name and Email Address.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

  • Please allow 15 days for the money to be transferred back to the original bank account used for the purchase.
  • Note: We are unable to process refunds to a different bank account.

Exchanges or Replacements
If your item(s) have a manufacturing defect, damage, or any other issue, we offer exchanges or replacements.

  • Requests for exchanges or replacements must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.
  • The item(s) will be inspected upon receipt to ensure eligibility.
